尹轶帅,管理学博士,副教授,博士毕业于澳大利亚麦考瑞大学。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目“交易成本和心理所有权理论视角下个别协议的前因后果研究”和教育部人文社科青年项目“企业授权管理措施的前因后果分析研究—基于交易成本的视角”。在人力资源管理领域主流期刊《human resource management review》、《human resource management journal》、《journal of business research》等发表学术论文多篇。
主要研究方向:员工授权、个别协议、交易成本理论、领导力等。
